Twice a year, our group travels together to London for some museums, theatre, restaurants, books and sightseeing. Every day is usually packed with excitement and I think it is fair to say that we have an excellent time!!

Decided to join and wondering what to do in London?
Explore my favourite London places to visit, shop, watch, drink and eat!

Flights
Both British Airways and Easyjet have very cheap flights available at the moment. I will share with you what flights I will book but you are free to make your own arrangements.

Hotels
We will stay together or at least close to each other at a central location for the best price we can find. However, everyone is free to choose the accommodation they prefer. Some will stay at the London School of Economics (LSE) that rents out the student rooms during the summer to tourists for approx. 50€/night. The rooms at LSE High Holborn are fairly central and you can walk from there to Piccadilly within 20min. I also like the Strand Palace Hotel, very central and best prices for the location in London. Another option is the Z Hotel Piccadilly, next to the National Gallery on Trafalgar Square. Aparthotel Citadines Trafalgar Square are also a good option for those who prefer comfort and a central location. In general, the best deals are on Booking.com. You can keep an eye on your preferred hotel and very often there are offers of 30-50% off.
